Dry Brushing Ritual
Dry brushing helps to exfoliate dead skin cells, accelerate the release of toxins, encourage cell renewal, combat cellulite, and leave skin healthy and glowing. We reccomend to dry brush two to three times per week.

Step 1
Complexion Brush
Use on cleansed and toned dry skin in morning or evening for 30-45 seconds total 2x/week, with an average of six strokes per area. Use gentle strokes in an upward direction to lift facial muscles. Move up neck and along contour of face. Gently circle counter-clockwise on right cheek and clockwise on left. Sweep forehead lightly from center to each temple. Brush along jaw-line and down over collarbone.

Step 2
Rejuvenating Dry Body Brush
Start on soles of feet and brush in long strokes up each leg. Next, brush in long strokes from hands up to shoulders. When brushing chest and upper back, focus the strokes toward the heart. Brush in circular motions over the abdomen. Do not use on face, sensitive areas or broken skin. Follow dry brushing in the evening with the Mila Moursi Revitalizing Oil, or in the morning with the Mila Moursi Firming Body Lotion. Wash and air-dry brush once a month.
