These terms and conditions incorporate our privacy policy and set out the basis on which you can visit and use the Mila Moursi Advanced Skin Care website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Mila Moursi Advanced Skin Care. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color of the products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your personal computer equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the merchandise on delivery.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for as long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
SHIPPING
Shipping is available nationwide. As all our parcels require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Please view our delivery options for full details. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order, there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.
ORDER PROCESSING
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at customerservice@milamoursi.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
INSPECTION
You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and verify that everything specified on the order is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem.
PAYMENT
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once your order is processed. You confirm that the credit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card. If the card issuer refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment to WalDin, LLC, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during the scheduled delivery, you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.
GIFT WRAPPING
If you would like to send your order as a gift, you can select the gift-wrap option at the delivery options stage of the ordering process. You will then be offered the opportunity to add a gift note with a personal message. If you select the gift-wrap option, the items, which are not already in a gift box, will be presented in our signature gift packaging. The cost for our signature gift packaging is $6.

RETURNS POLICY
Mila Moursi Advanced Skin Care hopes that you will be satisfied with your order. However, you may return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please obtain a Return Form and RA number by emailing returns@milamoursi.com.
For reasons of hygiene, cosmetic products must be returned in their complete and original packaging, intact and in perfect condition for resale. If the products have been opened, they cannot be sold for future sales. Any product, which have been opened or damaged or the original packaging of which was damaged, cannot be refunded, accepted or exchanged.
We do not accept returns from any other establishments. If any Gift With Purchase were included in your order, these must also be returned in order to receive a refund.
The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any packages sent postage due or COD will not be accepted. Unaccepted products will be returned to the purchaser.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact as soon as possible by phone, at 1.844.509.6495. We will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation.
