Refund policy
Mila Moursi Advanced Skin Care is committed to the highest standards of quality and hygiene. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase; however, you may request a return for all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt. To initiate this process, you must obtain an RA number by emailing info@milamoursi.com.
For reasons of health and safety, cosmetic products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, completely intact, and in perfect condition for resale. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or refund. We do not accept returns of products purchased from any other establishments.
Mila Moursi maintains a firm no refund policy on opened merchandise. In the rare event that an exception is authorized by our team, any opened or used products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to account for product loss and processing.
If any Gift With Purchase was included in your order, these items must be returned in their original, unopened condition to receive a refund. If a Gift With Purchase is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund. If a Gift With Purchase is returned in an opened or used state as part of an exceptional authorized return, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to that item.
The costs and responsibility of returning products rest solely with the purchaser. Any packages sent postage due or COD will be refused. Unaccepted products that do not meet the return criteria will be returned to the purchaser.
